Sun Bathing or Natural light treats acne: This is deceptive to a very large extent, because drying the skin with sun can even make the skin dryer and cause more acne breakout. Do not be deceived because sun drying may make acne appear dried and healing; it does not cure acne.

Cleanliness Prevents and Cures Acne: It is a good habit to be clean, but a lot of people believe their acne problems are caused by a lack of cleanliness so they begin an incessant routine of scrubbing to make those pimples go away.
